Never seems to be, Alright anymore
Never wants to see, Light again
Never wants to hear, About his sins
Never wants to be, Him anymoreDemon within, Come see your sins
Confess them now, Unto me
Shake your head now, You know you done it
You take away, What’s not yours
Monster, Get away from me
You don’t want this, Monstrosity
Monster, Pay your debt to
Society, Monster dieCannot tell, Right from wrong
Does not feel, Remorse at all
Does not know, Truth from lie
Does not know, His own sinsDemon within, Come see your sins
Confess them now, Unto me
Shake your head now, You know you done it
You take away, What’s not yours
Monster, Get away from me
You don’t want this, Monstrosity
Monster, Pay your debt to
Society, Monster dieMonster, Open your eyes
Monster, See your sins
Monster, Prepare to
DIE!!!Monster Inside, Leave me be
Monster Inside, Get away from me
Monster Inside, Go away
Monster Inside, Die die dieDemon within, Come see your sins
Confess them now, Unto me
Shake your head now, You know you done it
You take away, What’s not yours
Monster, Get away from me
You don’t want this, Monstrosity
Monster, Pay your debt to
Society, Monster die

Monster is about a guy who is dealing with the inner demons of addiction to bad habits and split personalities.
His bad habits seem to surface out of the blue most of the time, and take over who he is when they do.
His alter personality has the bad habits of murder, rape, and other insanely evil crimes,
but feels no remorse and doesn’t even realize he is doing wrong.
His regular personality knows what his alter personality does, and wants to get rid of it.
Finally, he stands up to his evil side.
My inspiration for this song is everyone that has ever battle an addiction to a bad habit or an addiction to anything.
Everyone I know has been there at some point in time.
I just wanted to express that everyone can stand up and fight their bad habits
for what their health or even what they truely believe in.
Sometimes you just know something is wrong even though you like it a lot,
and don’t want to quit. A few examples of this would be using drugs and/or other substances,
bullying and abusing others, invasion of privacy, and even lying to others.
